The Golub Corporation headquarters is a six-story, 240,000 sq. ft. building and incorporates the following green features: utilization of recycled materials (e.g., carpeting and steel), daylight harvesting, raised flooring throughout the building to allow for more efficient installation of electrical and HVAC components, energy management controls, rain water harvesting for irrigation, fuel cells to supplement power from the grid, and photovoltaic energy. The building achieved gold level LEED certification in 2012.
